One early eve, I was at my mother's house and there wasnt anything to eat. Mama recalled a recipe she had read some time ago and decided to make it. Today, I continually make the recipe. This recipe is so easy and delicious, I assure you that you will not have any left overs.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 slices (slices) deli ham, divided equally to fill 16 crescent rolls
  • 8 slices of kraft american cheese, divided on the diagonal

How To Make ham and cheese crescent sandwich melts

  • Step 1
    Open both cans of crescent rolls and fill each crecent roll section with ham (dividing the ham to equally fill each of the 16 crescent rolls) Place 1 triangular half of American cheese on top of the ham and crescent roll, folding the roll acccording to the directions. Place crescent rolls on cookie sheet (follow the crescent roll package to determine if grease is necessary and bake your Ham and Cheese Melts according to the crescent roll package directions.) Very tasty little sandwiches to offer with soups or with chips.
