ham and cheddar casserole

This recipe is a good way to use up left over ham or just a nice filling and warm meal on a fall night. I saw a similar recipe on All The Cooks so I can't take all the credit, but of course I made changes to make it fit my families likes and what I had in the pantry. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 3 cups ham
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

How To Make ham and cheddar casserole

  • Step 1
    cook pasta according to package directions. Chop onion and ham.
  • Step 2
    saute ham and onion with butter in skillet, drain and rinse pasta.
  • Step 3
    stir soups, milk and shredded cheese into ham and onions, stir until cheese is melted.
  • Step 4
    mix pasta and ham together
  • Step 5
    grease a 9X13 baking pan, add ham and pasta mixture. Sprinkle with more shredded cheese if desired
  • Step 6
    bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until everything is heated through and bubbly.
