This recipe is a good way to use up left over ham or just a nice filling and warm meal on a fall night. I saw a similar recipe on All The Cooks so I can't take all the credit, but of course I made changes to make it fit my families likes and what I had in the pantry. Hope you enjoy it!

pasta of choice

cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 c
1 c
shredded cheese

How to Make Ham and Cheddar Casserole


  • 1cook pasta according to package directions. Chop onion and ham.
  • 2saute ham and onion with butter in skillet, drain and rinse pasta.
  • 3stir soups, milk and shredded cheese into ham and onions, stir until cheese is melted.
  • 4mix pasta and ham together
  • 5grease a 9X13 baking pan, add ham and pasta mixture. Sprinkle with more shredded cheese if desired
  • 6bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until everything is heated through and bubbly.
