I use a deep dish pie plate that will hold a double recipe of pie so this was a hearty meal. All it needs is a salad or fruit on the side!

It can be put together ahead of time if needed.

I will make this again soon so I can get a picture. My guys had most of it gone by the time I got home from class.

  • 4
    egg whites
  • 4
    large eggs
  • 1 c
    milk, 2%
  • 3/4 tsp
    mustard powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic, salt and pepper mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    ham, small dice
  • 1 1/2 c
    broccoli, chopped
  • 4 oz
    cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
  • ·
    bacon bits, paprika optional
  • 1
    pie crust shell

How to Make Ham and Broccoli Quiche


  1. Line deep dish pie pan with shell, trim edges
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Put chopped ham in bottom of pie shell
  4. Layer chopped broccoli on the ham
  5. Layer the cheese on top of the broccoli.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
  7. Sprinkle top with bacon bits or paprika if desired.
  8. Bake in 350 oven for 35-40 minutes. Let it rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
