Ingredients
- 8 ounces ham, chopped (deli or regular)
- 3/4 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- - pepper to taste
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 teaspoon seeds -- caraway, poppy, sesame (optional)
How To Make ham and broccoli crescent ring

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Place on an ungreased pizza pan, forming a ring with the pointed ends facing the outer edge of the pan and the wide ends overlapping.

Step 2Cook broccoli in microwave for 3 minutes to just soften. Cool and drain well on paper towels.

Step 3In a medium bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Spoon over wide ends of the ring.

Step 4Fold points over filling and tuck under wide ends. Filling will be visible. Top with seeds, if using.

Step 5Bake 20 minutes or until brown and the filling is hot.
