Ingredients

  • 8 ounces ham, chopped (deli or regular)
  • 3/4 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • - pepper to taste
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 teaspoon seeds -- caraway, poppy, sesame (optional)

How To Make ham and broccoli crescent ring

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Place on an ungreased pizza pan, forming a ring with the pointed ends facing the outer edge of the pan and the wide ends overlapping.
  • Step 2
    Cook broccoli in microwave for 3 minutes to just soften. Cool and drain well on paper towels.
  • Step 3
    In a medium bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Spoon over wide ends of the ring.
  • Step 4
    Fold points over filling and tuck under wide ends. Filling will be visible. Top with seeds, if using.
  • Step 5
    Bake 20 minutes or until brown and the filling is hot.
