1Pre-heat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Place on an ungreased pizza pan, forming a ring with the pointed ends facing the outer edge of the pan and the wide ends overlapping.
2Cook broccoli in microwave for 3 minutes to just soften. Cool and drain well on paper towels.
3In a medium bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Spoon over wide ends of the ring.
4Fold points over filling and tuck under wide ends. Filling will be visible. Top with seeds, if using.
5Bake 20 minutes or until brown and the filling is hot.
