I made up this recipe 5-19-11. This was so easy to make and tasted like a Gyro. They are small and can be served as appetizers or serve a plate of 8 - 10 for a meal! This was a big hit with our guests the other night and they all wanted these again the next time they are over! My grandchildren really enjoyed them too...(some took off the onion slice). I hope you will try this, as it is a fun recipe, is easy, and sooooo good! .
