Ingredients
- 60 - won ton wrappers
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 - head small cabbage finely chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons splenda
- 1 1/8 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 CUPS PEANUT OIL FOR FRYING
How To Make gyozas

Step 1mix pork, veggies sesame oil and soy sauce

Step 2place 1 heaping tablespoon in center of won ton wrapper

Step 3moisten edges of won ton wrapper then foldin half, pleating edges to seal

Step 4repeat steps 1 through 3 until all won ton wrappers are used but remember to keep unused wrappers slightly damp while working so they don't dry out

Step 5place 2 cups peanut oil in large heavy pot or fry daddy and heat to medium high

Step 6while oil is heating, mix dipping sauce ingredients and place in fridge to chill

Step 7once oil is heated start placing filled won tons in oil with slotted spoon- do not crowd

Step 8won tons will rise to top of oil when golden brown- turn once to make sure completely golden- approximately 4 minuteds on each side

Step 9served golden, crispy won tons with dipping sauce
