This my all-time favorite food! I love it so much that if there are leftovers I eat them cold straight out of the fridge.

Ingredients For gyozas
-
60won ton wrappers
-
1 lbground pork
-
1/2head small cabbage finely chopped
-
1/2 ccarrot, shredded
-
1/2 cdiced onion
-
2 Tbspgrated ginger
-
2 Tbspsesame oil
-
1/4 csoy sauce
- DIPPING SAUCE
-
3/4 csoy sauce
-
1 Tbspsesame oil
-
2 Tbspsplenda
-
1 1/8 tspred pepper flakes
-
1/2 tspsesame seeds
- 2 CUPS PEANUT OIL FOR FRYING
How To Make gyozas
-
1mix pork, veggies sesame oil and soy sauce

2place 1 heaping tablespoon in center of won ton wrapper

3moisten edges of won ton wrapper then foldin half, pleating edges to seal

4repeat steps 1 through 3 until all won ton wrappers are used but remember to keep unused wrappers slightly damp while working so they don't dry out

5place 2 cups peanut oil in large heavy pot or fry daddy and heat to medium high

6while oil is heating, mix dipping sauce ingredients and place in fridge to chill

7once oil is heated start placing filled won tons in oil with slotted spoon- do not crowd

8won tons will rise to top of oil when golden brown- turn once to make sure completely golden- approximately 4 minuteds on each side

9served golden, crispy won tons with dipping sauce
