How to Make GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN
- Preheat grill. Season pork with salt and pepper to taste. Place pork on grill and grill 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make glaze. Combine the preserves, honey, rum, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste in the saucepan. Simmer over low heat until the preserves melt and the mixture blends together, for about 3 minutes. Makes about 3/4 cup of glaze.
- Brush pork generously with glaze. Grill pork, brushing occasionally with glaze, 15 minutes or longer until meat is no longer pink in center.
- To serve, cut pork into 1/2- inch thick slices and arrange on platter. Serve any remaining sauce on the side.
