  • 4
    pork chops
  • 1/2 c
    hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 c
    dry sherry (if you don't have sherry you can use chicken broth)
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    minced garlic

How to Make Grilled Pork Chops


  1. Mix all ingredients except Pork Chops.
  2. Pour in zipper close bag and add Chops.
  3. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, flip once.
  4. Heat grill to 350 degrees.
  5. Bast with marinade, cooking the first side for 8 mins
  6. Flip, bast and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes or until juices run clear.
  7. Heat remaining marinade and serve with chops.
