Ingredients
- 4 - pork chops
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry (if you don't have sherry you can use chicken broth)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
How To Make grilled pork chops

Step 1Mix all ingredients except Pork Chops.

Step 2Pour in zipper close bag and add Chops.

Step 3Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, flip once.

Step 4Heat grill to 350 degrees.

Step 5Bast with marinade, cooking the first side for 8 mins

Step 6Flip, bast and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes or until juices run clear.

Step 7Heat remaining marinade and serve with chops.
