Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger,fresh, minced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 jalapenos, fresh, minced
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries,divided
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch clove, ground
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 4(6oz) pork chops, center cut, bone in
- 1/2. teaspoon cumin, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make grilled pork chops with blueberry-ginger relish

Step 1Preheat grill for high heat cooking

Step 2Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet or saucepan over mediu high heat. Add ginger, garlic & jalapeño, cook, stirring 1-30 seconds until slightly softened but not browned. Add about half the blueberries, lime juice & 1/4 teaspoon salt, clove & nutmeg. Cook, stirring occasionally, unti the blueberries burst and thicken. 4-5 minutes Remove from heat & let stand for 5 minutes before stirring in th remaining blueberries. Set aside.

Step 3Season the pork chops with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, ground cumin & black pepper. Pace on the grill and cook until the underside is well marked and th pork readily lifts from the grill surface-about 4 minutes. Turn & cook the chop again until it readily releases from the surface bout 4 minutes longer. Until thermometer reads 145 degrees
