3/4 cmaple syrup

1/4 cworcestershire sauce

3 Tbspbutter

3 Tbspmustard

2 Tbspvege oil

·salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Grilled Pork Chops
- Combine all ingredients except for meat into a caucepan. Slowly bring to a boil. Simmer for 7 minutes. Cool.
- Divide into two-one gallon zip lock bags with pork chops. Refridge for 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to med high heat. remove chops from bag and bring to room temp. Grill 25 min, turning oftem and basting.
- Pour remaining sauce ina pan. Bring to a boil. Serve with chops
