Ingredients

  • 8 - pork chops, 1 inch
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vege oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make grilled pork chops

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients except for meat into a caucepan. Slowly bring to a boil. Simmer for 7 minutes. Cool.
  • Step 2
    Divide into two-one gallon zip lock bags with pork chops. Refridge for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Step 3
    Preheat grill to med high heat. remove chops from bag and bring to room temp. Grill 25 min, turning oftem and basting.
  • Step 4
    Pour remaining sauce ina pan. Bring to a boil. Serve with chops
