    pork chops, 1 inch
  • 3/4 c
  • 3/4 c
    maple syrup
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    vege oil
  • 2 Tbsp
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Grilled Pork Chops


  1. Combine all ingredients except for meat into a caucepan. Slowly bring to a boil. Simmer for 7 minutes. Cool.
  2. Divide into two-one gallon zip lock bags with pork chops. Refridge for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to med high heat. remove chops from bag and bring to room temp. Grill 25 min, turning oftem and basting.
  4. Pour remaining sauce ina pan. Bring to a boil. Serve with chops
