Ingredients
- 8 - pork chops, 1 inch
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons vege oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make grilled pork chops

Step 1Combine all ingredients except for meat into a caucepan. Slowly bring to a boil. Simmer for 7 minutes. Cool.

Step 2Divide into two-one gallon zip lock bags with pork chops. Refridge for 2 hours or overnight.

Step 3Preheat grill to med high heat. remove chops from bag and bring to room temp. Grill 25 min, turning oftem and basting.

Step 4Pour remaining sauce ina pan. Bring to a boil. Serve with chops
