green onions (including tops) chopped
1/4 c
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
lemon zest
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
1/4 c
1/2 c
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2-3 dash(es)
hot pepper sauce

How to Make Grilled Marinated Pork


  • 1Saute garlic and onions in margarine in skillet for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except for pork and bring just to a boil. Let cool and pour over pork in casserole or Ziploc bag reserving some for basting.
  • 2Marinate for at 3 hours or longer. Grill over medium-hot coals, basting with sauce frequently.
  • 3NOTE: If you are going to use the sauce that you marinated the meat in for basting it should be boiled for 3-5 minutes first.
