Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 - green onions (including tops) chopped
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 dashes hot pepper sauce
How To Make grilled marinated pork

Step 1Saute garlic and onions in margarine in skillet for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except for pork and bring just to a boil. Let cool and pour over pork in casserole or Ziploc bag reserving some for basting.

Step 2Marinate for at 3 hours or longer. Grill over medium-hot coals, basting with sauce frequently.

Step 3NOTE: If you are going to use the sauce that you marinated the meat in for basting it should be boiled for 3-5 minutes first.
