This recipe is by far one of our favorite ways to eat pork. We must make this a dozen times during grilling season. It's always a huge hit with family and friends as well. We marinate our pork for a good 24 hours so it absorbs all that yummy goodness. Cutting it in chunks also allows it to grill up in just minutes. It's quick, it's easy and it's delicious. If you're not a pork fan, this is also wonderful on chicken, beef and shrimp. Recipe and photo are my own.

Ingredients

  • I ALWAYS DOUBLE THIS RECIPE BECAUSE WE BUY HUGE PORK LOINS FROM SAMS CLUB AND USE SOME FOR THIS RECIPE AND CUT SOME CENTER CUT PORK CHOPS. USE YOUR JUDGEMENT. MARINADE SHOULDN'T BE SOUPY IN THE BAG BUT YOU WANT THE MEAT TO BE WELL COATED.
  • 3-6 pounds pork loin, cut in 2 inch pieces
  • 7 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 - green onions, chopped
  • 2-3 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed with fingertips
  • - salt and pepper (i use garlic salt/parsley blend)

How To Make grilled marinated pork loin-annette's

  • Step 1
Season your choice of meat with salt and pepper. (I use garlic salt with parsley in place of salt)
  • Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk together well. When adding rosemary, make sure you crush with finger tips or palm of hand to release oils.
  • Step 3
Pour over meat in zip lock bag or air tight container and marinate overnight or for at least 4-8 hours. The longer the better.
  • Step 4
Grill meat. Discard remaining marinade. Enjoy!
