Ham is great on the grill, and this recipe is for a quick and easy glaze that tastes great! It combines the smoky flavor from the grill and the tangy sweetness of the sauce. Excellent!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    apricot or plum preserves
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 (2 lb.)
    ham steak, 1" thick

How to Make Grilled Ham Steak

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cook and stir over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Set glaze aside
  2. Score edges of ham.
  3. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side, brushing with glaze during the last few minutes of grilling.
