grilled ham and swiss quesadillas
Quesadillas might be one of my favorite foods. That and pizza. Why? Because you can put just about anything inside and the outer crispy tortilla shell somehow makes everything a million times better.

Ingredients
- 6 - flour tortillas, room temperature
- 12 slices (about 12 oz) thinly sliced deli ham
- 12 slices (about 6 oz) swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- - mustard, if desired
How To Make grilled ham and swiss quesadillas

Step 1On half of each tortilla place 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese. Trim slices and overlap if necessary, so ingredients cover only one half of the tortilla. Spread with mustard, if desired. Fold bottom half of tortilla over ham and cheese filling.

Step 2On nonstick griddle or skillet, melt margarine. Cook each tortilla 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning once until ham is hot, cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown. Cut tortillas into wedges and serve immediately.
