This is a delicious sandwich that is quick and easy. The mayonnaise on the outside of the bread will leave the bread toasted and crunchy.

Not your every day grilled cheese but a very savory grilled cheese that is not easily forgotten.

The bacon and the swiss meld together but the chives are the real zinger.

Who would have thought mayonnaise on the outside of grilled cheese could be so delicious?
