This is a delicious sandwich that is quick and easy. The mayonnaise on the outside of the bread will leave the bread toasted and crunchy. Not your every day grilled cheese but a very savory grilled cheese that is not easily forgotten. The bacon and the swiss meld together but the chives are the real zinger. Who would have thought mayonnaise on the outside of grilled cheese could be so delicious?

Ingredients
- 2 slices canadian bacon browned
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 slices sour dough bread
How To Make grilled cheese with canadian bacon and chives

Step 1Slather mayonnaise on one side of each of the two pieces of bread.

Step 2In a lightly greased skillet put the mayo side down onto the skillet. Add once slice of swiss cheese the bacon, next the chives and then the other slice of swiss cheese. Put the other slice of bread on top with the mayonaise side up.

Step 3Brown on both sides until the cheese is melted. Then enjoy!
