Grilled Cheese Casserole
Ingredients

2 cfully-cooked boneless ham,cut into 1/2 cubes(about 10 ounces)

1 cdry bread crumbs

2 Tbspbutter,melted

3medium russet potatoes,peeled and 1/8-inch thick(about 1 pound)

1/4 cflour
-
1 3/4 cgrilled cheese sandwich bits (about 3 sandwiches)

1large carrot,chopped
-
1 1/2 c(6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

3/4 cprocessed cheese sauce
How to Make Grilled Cheese Casserole
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small bowl,add bread crumbs and butter toss together until combined;set crumb mixture aside.
- Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.In a large bowl,combine potato slices and flour,toss together until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Layer half each of potatoes,ham,grilled cheese sandwich bits,carrots and cheese.Repeat layers,ending with cheese.Drizzle with cheese sauce over the top.
- Tightly cover baking dish with foil.Bake in heated oven for 30 minutes.Uncover;sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.Continue baking,uncovered,about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
