Ingredients
- 4 - center cut pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
How To Make grilled cajun barbecue pork chops

Step 1Mix all seasoning ingredients together and set aside.

Step 2Pat dry pork chops and brush both sides with vegetable oil. Sprinkle seasoning (to your taste) onto both sides of the pork chops and rub well into both sides.

Step 3Refrigerate pork chops for several hours or overnight. Allow chops to sit for awhile before grilling them.

Step 4Heat grill to medium low heat. Grill chops 4-6 minutes per side or until done. Brush on barbecue sauce just before removing from grill. (Chops can be baked in the oven as well)
