Ingredients

8 - cooked bratwursts
1 jar (16oz) sauerkraut,drained,rinsed
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
8 - rye bratwursts buns,split

How To Make grilled bratwursts reubens

Step 1

Heat gas or charcoal grill. Place bratwursts on grill. Cover grill;Cook over medium heat 6-8 minutes,turning frequently,until thoroughly heated.Meanwhile in a medium bowl,mix saurkraut and drssing.

Step 2

To taast buns,place cut side down on grill during last 30-60 seconds of cooking time.
Step 3

Place bratwurst in buns.Top each with about 1/4 cup sauerkraut mixture.
