It's been a long time since I cooked ham in the green beans, but it's a good combination and though it might be a good sandwich, my family loved it. I'm not a fan of ham. My brother-in law from South Carolina brought the country home back when he went for a visit,he said the spicy mustard cuts the saltiness of the ham and the 1000 Island dressing brings a slight sweetness.
