  • extra
    white vinegar (to rinse pork)
  • 1 medium
    onion (chopped)
  • 2 to 4 medium
    pork chops, boneless & cut
  • 2 tsp
    pumkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
  • 1
    green onion (garnish)

How to Make Grandpa Molina's Pork Adobo


  1. Mix pork in vinegar, then rinse off.
  2. In pot add onion & pork season with pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Add all liquids & bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat & simmer till pork is done.
  5. Garnish with green onion tops (optional)
