Ingredients
- extra - white vinegar (to rinse pork)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 to 4 medium pork chops, boneless & cut
- 2 teaspoons pumkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 - green onion (garnish)
How To Make grandpa molina's pork adobo

Step 1Mix pork in vinegar, then rinse off.

Step 2In pot add onion & pork season with pumpkin pie spice.

Step 3Add all liquids & bring to a boil.

Step 4Reduce heat & simmer till pork is done.

Step 5Garnish with green onion tops (optional)
