This is true comfort food for me. I miss you Grandpa! I always feel you close when eating your Adobo.

Ingredients

  • extra - white vinegar (to rinse pork)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 to 4 medium pork chops, boneless & cut
  • 2 teaspoons pumkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 - green onion (garnish)

How To Make grandpa molina's pork adobo

  • Step 1
    Mix pork in vinegar, then rinse off.
  • Step 2
    In pot add onion & pork season with pumpkin pie spice.
  • Step 3
    Add all liquids & bring to a boil.
  • Step 4
    Reduce heat & simmer till pork is done.
  • Step 5
    Garnish with green onion tops (optional)
