onion (chopped)
2 to 4 medium
pork chops, boneless & cut
2 tsp
pumkin pie spice
1 Tbsp
white vinegar
1/2 c
soy sauce
1/2 c
water

green onion (garnish)

How to Make Grandpa Molina's Pork Adobo

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix pork in vinegar, then rinse off.
  • 2In pot add onion & pork season with pumpkin pie spice.
  • 3Add all liquids & bring to a boil.
  • 4Reduce heat & simmer till pork is done.
  • 5Garnish with green onion tops (optional)
