Grandma's Mixed Beans and Franks

Kathie Carr

This is another one of Grandma's hearty and delicious main stays. She believed in hard work and good food as the heart of the family farm.

When times were good this dish had lots of meat. In leaner days there were more beans in it. You can vary the type of beans used, also.
