How to Make Grandma Busch's Hot Ham Sandwich

  1. Butter bread generously, add sliced ham and top with hot tomato soup.
  2. I learned when I was grown that this is a specialty in the Buffalo area. Area restaurants serve a similar sandwich, the tomato soup is flavored with cloves. This must have been my grandma's take on the local sandwich.
