1 pkgdry onion soup mix

1 cdry white wine

1 cchicken broth

2 tspgarlic spread, bottled

1 csour cream
How to Make Gourmet Pork Chops
- Brown pork chops in butter.
- Season with spices.
- Remove from skillet.
- Add mushrooms to drippings and saute.
- Mix in remaining ingredients except sour cream; stir until well blended.
- Return pork chops to skillet.
- Cover and simmer 1 hour until done.
- Add sour cream and heat through; do not boil.
- Serve immediately.
