Ingredients
- 8 - pork chops, center cut
- 1/4 cup butter
- - salt and pepper
- - garlic powder
- - paprika
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons garlic spread, bottled
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make gourmet pork chops

Step 1Brown pork chops in butter.

Step 2Season with spices.

Step 3Remove from skillet.

Step 4Add mushrooms to drippings and saute.

Step 5Mix in remaining ingredients except sour cream; stir until well blended.

Step 6Return pork chops to skillet.

Step 7Cover and simmer 1 hour until done.

Step 8Add sour cream and heat through; do not boil.
