Ingredients

CASSEROLE
-
1/2 lbham, sliced and cut into little pieces
-
6tops of radishes
-
1/2 lbgreen beans, fresh, ends trimmed and cut into 1in pieces

2 Tbspgarlic, chopped
-
1yellow onion, sliced
-
1shallot, minced
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
-
1 tspflour
-
2 Tbspred wine
-
4 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
3/4 cgorgonzola cheese, inside casserole
-
TOPPING
-
1/4 cgorgonzola cheese, sprinkle atop
-
1/2 cpanko
-
pinchseasoned salt
How to Make Gorgonzola Panko Crusted Green Bean & Radish Green
- In a large skillet melt butter, add olive oil and flour.
- Then add the ham, greens, beans, garlic, shallot, onion, and if necessary add a few tbsp of water.
- Cook on medium to low for 30 minutes until veggies are soft but still a little crisp. Stir frequently.
- Then add, wine and worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in gorgonzola and immediately dump into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle your toppings atop.
- Place in oven at 350F until the panko is golden brown.
