Ingredients

  • CASSEROLE
  • 1/2 pound ham, sliced and cut into little pieces
  • 6 - tops of radishes
  • 1/2 pound green beans, fresh, ends trimmed and cut into 1in pieces
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 - yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 - shallot, minced
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons red wine
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup gorgonzola cheese, inside casserole
  • TOPPING
  • 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese, sprinkle atop
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • pinch seasoned salt

How To Make gorgonzola panko crusted green bean & radish green

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet melt butter, add olive oil and flour.
  • Step 2
    Then add the ham, greens, beans, garlic, shallot, onion, and if necessary add a few tbsp of water.
  • Step 3
    Cook on medium to low for 30 minutes until veggies are soft but still a little crisp. Stir frequently.
  • Step 4
    Then add, wine and worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Stir in gorgonzola and immediately dump into a greased casserole dish.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle your toppings atop.
  • Step 7
    Place in oven at 350F until the panko is golden brown.
