Ingredients
- CASSEROLE
- 1/2 pound ham, sliced and cut into little pieces
- 6 - tops of radishes
- 1/2 pound green beans, fresh, ends trimmed and cut into 1in pieces
- 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 1 - yellow onion, sliced
- 1 - shallot, minced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup gorgonzola cheese, inside casserole
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese, sprinkle atop
- 1/2 cup panko
- pinch seasoned salt
How To Make gorgonzola panko crusted green bean & radish green

Step 1In a large skillet melt butter, add olive oil and flour.

Step 2Then add the ham, greens, beans, garlic, shallot, onion, and if necessary add a few tbsp of water.

Step 3Cook on medium to low for 30 minutes until veggies are soft but still a little crisp. Stir frequently.

Step 4Then add, wine and worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Step 5Stir in gorgonzola and immediately dump into a greased casserole dish.

Step 6Sprinkle your toppings atop.

Step 7Place in oven at 350F until the panko is golden brown.
