  • 1/2 lb
    ham, sliced and cut into little pieces
  • 6
    tops of radishes
  • 1/2 lb
    green beans, fresh, ends trimmed and cut into 1in pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic, chopped
  • 1
    yellow onion, sliced
  • 1
    shallot, minced
  • 1/2 stick
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine
  • 4 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c
    gorgonzola cheese, inside casserole

  • 1/4 c
    gorgonzola cheese, sprinkle atop
  • 1/2 c
  • pinch
    seasoned salt

How to Make Gorgonzola Panko Crusted Green Bean & Radish Green


  1. In a large skillet melt butter, add olive oil and flour.
  2. Then add the ham, greens, beans, garlic, shallot, onion, and if necessary add a few tbsp of water.
  3. Cook on medium to low for 30 minutes until veggies are soft but still a little crisp. Stir frequently.
  4. Then add, wine and worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in gorgonzola and immediately dump into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle your toppings atop.
  7. Place in oven at 350F until the panko is golden brown.
