8 1/2inch thick pork chops
2 lbpotatoes, sliced
1/2 lbonions, sliced thin
·salt and white pepper, to taste
·chicken or beef broth
How to Make Golden Nugget's Baked Pork Champvallon
- Dip pork chops in flour and saute until brown. Mix potatoes and onion slices together.
- Place half on the bottom of a baking pan, lay pork chops over them and then another layer of potatoes and onions.
- Season with salt and white pepper. Add broth to level with the ingredients. Cover pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
