inch thick pork chops
2 lb
potatoes, sliced
1/2 lb
onions, sliced thin
salt and white pepper, to taste
chicken or beef broth

How to Make Golden Nugget's Baked Pork Champvallon


  • 1Dip pork chops in flour and saute until brown. Mix potatoes and onion slices together.
  • 2Place half on the bottom of a baking pan, lay pork chops over them and then another layer of potatoes and onions.
  • 3Season with salt and white pepper. Add broth to level with the ingredients. Cover pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
