Ingredients For golden mushroom porkchops

  • 4 medium-thickness porkchops
  • 1 can campbell's golden mushroom soup
  • 2 tbl. oil for frying
  • cooked rice or egg noodles

How To Make golden mushroom porkchops

    Heat oil in heavy dutch oven or equivilent weight fry pan
  • 2
    Fry porkchops until both sides are golden brown and about 1/2 cooked
  • 3
    In a bowl, mix the full can of soup with only HALF a can of water
  • 4
    Add the soup mixture to the porkchops, stir to coat the chops, cover tightly and simmer for 30-60 mins....turn the chops every 15 mins or so.....the longer they cook the more tender they become...serve over egg noodles or rice
