I got this one from the girls at work. Easy and only a few ingredients....so delish

Ingredients For golden mushroom porkchops

4 medium-thickness porkchops

1 can campbell's golden mushroom soup

2 tbl. oil for frying

cooked rice or egg noodles
How To Make golden mushroom porkchops

1Heat oil in heavy dutch oven or equivilent weight fry pan

2Fry porkchops until both sides are golden brown and about 1/2 cooked

3In a bowl, mix the full can of soup with only HALF a can of water

4Add the soup mixture to the porkchops, stir to coat the chops, cover tightly and simmer for 30-60 mins....turn the chops every 15 mins or so.....the longer they cook the more tender they become...serve over egg noodles or rice
