1 t. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup minced onion
1 star anise
1 t. brown sugar
2 t. red wine vinegar
1 t. chile paste
1 t. grated gingerroot
1/2 t. ground ginger
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. low sodium soy sauce
2 pork tenderloins, 1 lb. each

How to Make Glazed Pork Tenderloin


  • 1In large plastic bag, mix all ingredients except tenderloins. Pierce tenderloins with fork 10 times each. Add to bag with other ingredients. Seal and knead. Put in glass dish; marinate in refrigerator 8 to 24 hours. Preheat oven to 400. Put tenderloins and marinade in glass dish; remove star anise. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until meat thermometer registers 150. Cover and let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
