1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
2Cut the hot dogs in 1 inch increments not cutting all the way through
3Mix the jelly and honey mustard together. Rub half the glaze all over the hot dogs getting in between the slices.
Place on wire rack and bake for 45 minutes. Basting with the remaining glaze half way through
