This recipe is great to use use up ham from a roasted ham and is a different meat ball than beef, chicken etc..served as a finger food but I would suggest you studded them with colored fancy toothpicks and people are quite surprised when you tell them that they are HAM BALLS..enjoy

Ingredients For glazed ham balls

3eggs

1 1/4 cquick cooking oats

2 1/2 cfully cooked ham

1 cmilk

sauce

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

3 1/2 Tbspcornstarch

1/2 tspground cloves

1/8 tspground nutmeg

1 3/4 cpineapple juice

1/2 ccorn syrup, light

3 Tbspcider vinrgar

4 1/2 tspdijohn mustard
How To Make glazed ham balls

1In bowl combine eggs, milk, oats and ham,,get your hands in there and mix until well combined...make one and one and a half balls..Place into baking pan with sides .

2In saucepan combine all sauce ingredients bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes...pour over ham balls and bake in 350F oven for35 to 40 minutes....
