my husband and I made this recipe up one day wanting to try something new and I tell you it is good and has been given to a lot of people all over. I hope you enjoy it

cheddar cheese soup

nacho cheese soup

conainer sour cream
1 pkg
italiano noodles
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1-2 tsp

grated monterey jack cheese
2 tsp

How to Make Gilbertini


  • 1In pan I cook sausage ,Italian seasoning , garlic salt till meat is done drain well, while that is cooking cook noodles al dente and drain. In a bowl add cheeses, sour cream,butter and about a teaspoon parsley mix well. Add your meat mixture, and noodles and mix very well, put in a sprayed 9x13 pan and top with jack cheese and sprinkle parsley over cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and then put under broiler for a minute or two to lightly brown on top.
  • 2I serve this with garlic bread and a good salad
