my husband and I made this recipe up one day wanting to try something new and I tell you it is good and has been given to a lot of people all over. I hope you enjoy it

Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage (potters)
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can nacho cheese soup
  • 1 small conainer sour cream
  • 1 package italiano noodles
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1-2 teaspoon butter
  • 10 ounces grated monterey jack cheese
  • 2 teaspoons parsley

How To Make gilbertini

  • Step 1
    In pan I cook sausage ,Italian seasoning , garlic salt till meat is done drain well, while that is cooking cook noodles al dente and drain. In a bowl add cheeses, sour cream,butter and about a teaspoon parsley mix well. Add your meat mixture, and noodles and mix very well, put in a sprayed 9x13 pan and top with jack cheese and sprinkle parsley over cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and then put under broiler for a minute or two to lightly brown on top.

    I serve this with garlic bread and a good salad
