Experimenting in my kitchen. My boys love meatloaf and love bacon, so I created this with lots of love for the two them.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground round
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- - salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 2 cups spinach, fresh, uncooked
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 8 - slices bacon, uncooked
How To Make get you "bacon" on meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 375F. In a large bowl add meat, panko crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, onion,garlic, parmesan cheese. Combine well.

Step 2Divide meat and on the bottom flatten out 1/2 of hamburger. On top add spinach, then cheese. Place the other flatten pound of meat and place on top, securing the sides to keep the cheese from coming out.

Step 3Place uncooked bacon length wise and cover the top. Sprinkle coarse pepper on top. Bake 1 hr.
