Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make german applesauce meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Lightly oil a 9x5x3\" loaf pan.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Step 4Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan.

Step 5Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Step 6Let cool 10-15 minutes.

Step 7Turn the loaf out of the pan.

Step 8Slice and serve.
