teriyaki sauce
1/2 c
honey mustard
2 tsp
italian dressing mix
2 Tbsp
dark brown sugar
2 tsp
seasoned pepper
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
2 lb
pork loin roast

How to Make Garlic Teriyaki Roasted Pork Loin


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2In a small bowl,combine teriyaki sauce,honey mustard,italian dressing mix,brown sugar,seasoned pepper and minced garlic,whisk well.Place pork loin into a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade overtop.Squeeze out air and seal bag;marinade 3 hour
    to overnight.
  • 3Place pork loin into a glass baking dish along with
    marinade.Bake in preheated oven,basting occasionally,about 1 hour.Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
