Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon fines herbes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 - (4 oz. each) boneless pork loin chops
- 10 - red potatoes, small
- 12 ounces baby carrots (3 c.)
- 2 medium onions, cut in wedges
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make garlic roasted pork chops

Step 1Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 15x10x1" pan with non-stick spray.

Step 2In small bowl, combine spices; mix well. Sprinkle half of spice mix over pork chops.

Step 3In large bowl, combine vegetables; sprinkle with oil and remaining spice mixture. Toss to coat evenly. Place vegetable mixture in center of pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 4Place pork chops around vegetables in pan. Bake 20-30 minutes until pork is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, stirring vegetables half way through cooking time.
