This recipe was given to me by a co-worker many years ago. My family quite enjoys it.

1 tsp
fines herbes
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
black pepper
(4 oz. each) boneless pork loin chops
red potatoes, small
12 oz
baby carrots (3 c.)
2 medium
onions, cut in wedges
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make Garlic Roasted Pork Chops


  • 1Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 15x10x1" pan with non-stick spray.
  • 2In small bowl, combine spices; mix well. Sprinkle half of spice mix over pork chops.
  • 3In large bowl, combine vegetables; sprinkle with oil and remaining spice mixture. Toss to coat evenly. Place vegetable mixture in center of pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  • 4Place pork chops around vegetables in pan. Bake 20-30 minutes until pork is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, stirring vegetables half way through cooking time.
