Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder - i'd prefer chrushed garlic
  • 1 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 6
    new potatoes - quartered
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt (or to your taste)
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper (or to your taste)

    13" x 9" baking pan
  • ·
    large skillet

How to Make Garlic Pork with Roasted Red Potatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
    Combine paprika & garlic in a small bowl;
    Sprinkle over pork;
    Brown pork in large skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes per side, until evenly browned;
  2. Transfer pork roast to baking pan;
    Add oil, potatoes & oregano to skillet, toss to coat.
    Arrange potatoes around pork.
    Sprinkle with salt & pepper;
    Bake 22 minutes or until barely pink in the center.
  3. Transfer pork to carving board;
    Tent with foil & let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir potatoes & let stand 5 minutes.
    Slice pork & serve with potatoes.
