~ Garlic Pork & Veggies ~
PREP TIME DOESN'T INCLUDE MARINATING THE MEAT, IF YOU WANT EXTRA SAUCE - DOUBLE THE INGREDIENTS
1 Tbspvegetable oil
1 1/2 lbpork loin ribeye roast, sliced 1 /2 inch sltrips
1/4 - 1/2 tspeach - red pepper flakes and black pepper
1 Tbspsesame oil & corn starch
1 Tbspjarred garlic
1/4 cup easoy sauce, honey and water
1 - 10 ozbag, sugar snap peas - cooked - just until brilliant green - or could use an assortment of veggies
1 smallzucchini, cut in half and sliced 1/4 inch thick
How to Make ~ Garlic Pork & Veggies ~
- In a wok or large skillet, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, over medium high heat. You want it hot enough to cook quickly, like stir frying.
Once hot enough, add the meat. separating so it cooks evenly. ( save sauce )Toss with spatula or shake pan often.. When pork is about cooked, add the zucchini and cook another 1 - 2 minutes.
