beef smoked sausage cut up ( or sausage of your choice)

potatoes peeled and cut in chunks

onions peeled and cut up

carrots peeled and cut up

sweet peppers cut up
1 sprig(s)
sprig of rosemary
1 tsp
teaspoon basil
2
bay leaves
1 tsp
teaspoon minced garlic
2 stick
sticks of celery cut up
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1
small can of mushrooms drained
1
package of dry onion soup mix
2-2 1/2 c
cups of beef broth
1/2 c
diced tomatoes
JUST A pinch
of ground cayenne pepper

How to Make GARDEN SAUSAGE

Step-by-Step

  • 1PUT CUT UP POTAOES, ONIONS, CARROTS, SWEET PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS, DICED TOMATOES, CELERY INTO BOTTOM OF DRY CROCK POT
  • 2LAYER CUT UP SAUSAGE CHUNKS OVER THE VEGETABLES
  • 3MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND THEN POUR OVER TOP OF SAUSAGE AND VEGETABLES.
    TURN CROCKPOT ON LOW FOR 6 HOURS AND THEN SERVE WHEN DONE.
    SERVES 6 ENJOY
