- 6 - potatoes peeled and cut in chunks
- 1-2 - onions peeled and cut up
- 3-4 - carrots peeled and cut up
- 2 - sweet peppers cut up
- 1 sprig sprig of rosemary
- 1 teaspoon teaspoon basil
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 sticks sticks of celery cut up
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 - small can of mushrooms drained
- 1 - package of dry onion soup mix
- 2-2 1/2 cups cups of beef broth
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- JUST A pinch of ground cayenne pepper

Step 1PUT CUT UP POTAOES, ONIONS, CARROTS, SWEET PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS, DICED TOMATOES, CELERY INTO BOTTOM OF DRY CROCK POT

Step 2LAYER CUT UP SAUSAGE CHUNKS OVER THE VEGETABLES

Step 3MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND THEN POUR OVER TOP OF SAUSAGE AND VEGETABLES. TURN CROCKPOT ON LOW FOR 6 HOURS AND THEN SERVE WHEN DONE. SERVES 6 ENJOY
