  • 8 Tbsp
    canned tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    peanut butter, creamy type
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    grated ginger
  • 2 tsp
    grated garlic

How to Make My Pork Ribs


  1. In a large bowl, combine tomato sauce, peanut butter, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger and grated garlic. Mix well. Put pork rib into the bowl and marinade for half day.
  2. Place pork ribs on baking pan and bake at 400 degrees F for 30-33 minutes.
