Ingredients

  • 6 - pork chops, thick with stuffing pocket
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup apple, chopped
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pecans, fine chopped, toasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup orange juice

How To Make fruit & nut stuffed pork chops

  • Step 1
    Sprinkle chops with pepper; set aside.
  • Step 2
    Combine 1 1/2 cups with remaining ingredients except for 1/2 cup orange juice.
  • Step 3
    Stuff each chop and coat with remaining bread crumbs.
  • Step 4
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 5
    Place chops in a 13X9X2\" baking pan and drizzle with remaining orange juice.
  • Step 6
    Bake, covered, 20 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Uncover and bake another 30-35 minutes.
  • Step 8
    Serve immediately.
