- 6 - pork chops, thick with stuffing pocket
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup apple, chopped
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons pecans, fine chopped, toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup orange juice
How To Make fruit & nut stuffed pork chops

Step 1Sprinkle chops with pepper; set aside.

Step 2Combine 1 1/2 cups with remaining ingredients except for 1/2 cup orange juice.

Step 3Stuff each chop and coat with remaining bread crumbs.

Step 4Preheat oven to 350.

Step 5Place chops in a 13X9X2\" baking pan and drizzle with remaining orange juice.

Step 6Bake, covered, 20 minutes.

Step 7Uncover and bake another 30-35 minutes.

Step 8Serve immediately.
