My family got tired of the regular fried pork chops for dinner. So my 9 year old said Mommie PLEASE get creative in the kitchen. So I did and came up with this. No matter how much I cook it I never get left overs.

all purpose flour
seasoning salt
black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
1 pkg
goya sazon seasoning
2 pinch
crisco cooking oil

How to Make Fried Buttermilk Pork chops


  • 1Season pork chops to taste.
  • 2Pour Buttermilk over seasoned chops.
    Coat Chop in Flour & Sugar mixture.
  • 3Drop in heated cooking oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Make sure to check the inside of the chop and make sure its done.
  • 4Enjoy and make plenty trust they will want seconds.
