My family got tired of the regular fried pork chops for dinner. So my 9 year old said Mommie PLEASE get creative in the kitchen. So I did and came up with this. No matter how much I cook it I never get left overs.

    all purpose flour
  • ·
    seasoning salt
  • ·
    black pepper
  • ·
    garlic powder
  • ·
    onion powder
  • 1 pkg
    goya sazon seasoning
  • 2 pinch
  • ·
    crisco cooking oil

How to Make Fried Buttermilk Pork chops


  1. Season pork chops to taste.
  2. Pour Buttermilk over seasoned chops.
    Coat Chop in Flour & Sugar mixture.
  3. Drop in heated cooking oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Make sure to check the inside of the chop and make sure its done.
  4. Enjoy and make plenty trust they will want seconds.
