Fried Buttermilk Pork chops

My family got tired of the regular fried pork chops for dinner. So my 9 year old said Mommie PLEASE get creative in the kitchen. So I did and came up with this. No matter how much I cook it I never get left overs.

all purpose flour
seasoning salt
black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
1 pkg
goya sazon seasoning
2 pinch
crisco cooking oil


1Season pork chops to taste.
2Pour Buttermilk over seasoned chops.
Coat Chop in Flour & Sugar mixture.
3Drop in heated cooking oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Make sure to check the inside of the chop and make sure its done.
4Enjoy and make plenty trust they will want seconds.
