My family got tired of the regular fried pork chops for dinner. So my 9 year old said Mommie PLEASE get creative in the kitchen. So I did and came up with this. No matter how much I cook it I never get left overs.

- - buttermilk
- - all purpose flour
- - seasoning salt
- - black pepper
- - garlic powder
- - onion powder
- 1 package goya sazon seasoning
- 2 pinches sugar
- - crisco cooking oil
How To Make fried buttermilk pork chops

Step 1Season pork chops to taste.

Step 2Pour Buttermilk over seasoned chops. Coat Chop in Flour & Sugar mixture.

Step 3Drop in heated cooking oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Make sure to check the inside of the chop and make sure its done.

Step 4Enjoy and make plenty trust they will want seconds.
