Sometimes there is nothing better than a fried bologna sammich! I did a lil' Italian twist on it. Try this one, you will like it. sw:)

  • 4-6 slice
  • 4-6 slice
    sharp provolone cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 large
    tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 oz
  • 1 small
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4-6 slice
    butter bread
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    olive oil mayo
  • 2 tsp
    sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • ·
    mesquite seasoning salt to taste

How to Make Fried Bologna Sammich Italian Style


  1. in a heated large skillet, add oil and fry onions until soft. Remove from pan
  2. in the same skillet, add bologna, sprinkle with italian seasoning fry until golden brown, flipping once. Remove from pan
  3. add cheese and allow to melt
  4. mix mayo and sriracha in a small bowl
  5. toast bread on both sides in same skillet. build your sammich: spread mayo on bread,add arugula, tomato sprinkle with seasoning salt, add bologna,
