Ingredients
- 4-6 slices bologna
- 4-6 slices sharp provolone cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 ounce arugula
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 4-6 slices butter bread
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil mayo
- 2 teaspoons sriracha hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon evoo
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- - mesquite seasoning salt to taste
How To Make fried bologna sammich italian style

Step 1in a heated large skillet, add oil and fry onions until soft. Remove from pan

Step 2in the same skillet, add bologna, sprinkle with italian seasoning fry until golden brown, flipping once. Remove from pan
