- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup

Step 1Pull off the rind and mix the above all over the ham. do this 2 or 3 times as its cooking in the oven at 350 degrease. The inturnal tempture should be 160 degrease.
