My daddy made this recipe up and he passed away years ago but his recipe will carry on!

Ingredients

  • 1 can french's french onions
  • I cup water
  • 6-8 - boneless porkchops
  • 1 tablespoon lawry's season salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How To Make french's french onion smothered porkchops

  • Step 1
    Add butter to large skillet. Melt.
  • Step 2
    Then season Porkchops with Lawry's. Add to skillet.
  • Step 3
    Brown for 1 minute on each side.
  • Step 4
    Add French onions and water. Cover and cook on low to medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes until Porkchops are done and onions make a thick gravy.
  • Step 5
    The gravy goes great over a bed of rice.
