I got this recipr from a French's can of fried onions and loved how moist the chops were!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups french's fried onions.
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper.
  • 6 - boneless pork chops
  • 1 large egg, beaten

How To Make french's crunchy onion pork chops

  • Step 1
    Place fried onions and flour in a plastic resealable bag. Crush onions w/ had or rolling pin. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. set ovent to 400. Transfer crumbs to wax paper. Sprinkle chops w/ salt and pepper. Dip chops in egg, then into crumbs, coating both sides and pressing firmly to adhere. Place chops on baking sheet. Bake 20 min.
