How to Make French's crunchy onion pork chops
- Place fried onions and flour in a plastic resealable bag. Crush onions w/ had or rolling pin. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. set ovent to 400. Transfer crumbs to wax paper. Sprinkle chops w/ salt and pepper. Dip chops in egg, then into crumbs, coating both sides and pressing firmly to adhere. Place chops on baking sheet. Bake 20 min.
