Ingredients

  • 4 pounds ground lean pork
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 - large onion, minced
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon clove, ground
  • 1 - pie crust (top and bottom)

How To Make french pork pies

  • Step 1
    Combine pork, beef, onions, salt, cinnamon and cloves together in a stock pot.
  • Step 2
    Cook until no longer pink.
  • Step 3
    Place pie crusts in pie plates.
  • Step 4
    Fill crusts with filling.
  • Step 5
    Bake in a 375 degree oven for one hour.
