Ingredients
- 4 - loin pork chops, lean
- - chopped garlic
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 4 - potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1.5 cups sour cream
- - flour for dredging
How To Make farmer's pork chops

Step 1Coat chops with flour.

Step 2Brown with garlic in 2 tablespoons oil.

Step 3Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4Place potatoes in the bottom of baking dish large enough to hold chops without crowding.

Step 5Place chops on top.

Step 6Separate onion slices into rings; place over chops.

Step 7Combine sour cream and dry mustard, pour over all.

Step 8Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

Step 9Remove foil from pan and bake a little longer until top is nicely browned.
