Ingredients

6 - pork steaks, cut 1 to 1-1/4-inch thick
3/4 cup bottled barbecue sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 large onion, sliced

How To Make farm style honey bbq pork steaks

Step 1

Place pork steaks in a 9 by 13 inch pan. Mix all remaining ingredients, except onion slices. Place onion slices over meat. Next, pour sauce over meat and onions. Move meat and onions as needed to get sauce under meat as well as on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until pork is well done.
