fantastic pork chop casserole
I have had this pork chop casserole recipe for many years. My husband had helped get firewood for someone getting out of the hospital many years ago. The group of men that helped they fed them, this was one of the dishes. The lady that gave this recipe to my husband has passed away years ago. When I make it for guest.I am always asked for this recipe as well. Note: I cook it slower for a couple of hours for a more tender pork bites. Your choice if you want to cook it faster or slower. I serve this over Mashed Potatoes, mashed with cream cheese, chives & butter.
