Ingredients

  • 1 package slow cooker helper beef stew
  • 1 pound fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into 1" pieces
  • 5 cups hot water
  • 2 cups chopped green cabbage
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons zesty italian dressing

How To Make fall sausage & veggie casserole

  • Step 1
    In 3-4 qt. crock pot, stir in vegetable & sauce mix, uncooked potatoes, and remaining ingredients until sauce mix is dissolved.
  • Step 2
    Cover. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hrs. (High setting: 4-5 hrs) Sausage should be tender.
