- 1 pound fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into 1" pieces
- 5 cups hot water
- 2 cups chopped green cabbage
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons zesty italian dressing

Step 1In 3-4 qt. crock pot, stir in vegetable & sauce mix, uncooked potatoes, and remaining ingredients until sauce mix is dissolved.

Step 2Cover. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hrs. (High setting: 4-5 hrs) Sausage should be tender.
