There is nothing better than coming home to this pulled pork when we get home from a long day. We love to make sandwiches and have baked beans and potatoes on the side. Enjoy!

method Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1
    5 pound pork butt roast
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 14 oz
    beef broth
  • 1/4 c
    brewed coffee

How To Make

    Rub roast with salt and pepper and place in a crock pot; pour broth and coffee over meat.
  • 2
    Turn the crockpot to low and cover.
  • 3
    Cook for 6 to 8 hours or until the roast is fork tender.
  • 4
    Carefully remove the roast to a cutting board. Pull the meat off the bone with a fork.
  • 5
    You may also chop it with a cleaver afterwards, if you like if finely cut.
