Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1 - 5 pound pork butt roast
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 14 ounces beef broth
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
How To Make ez pulled pork

Step 1Rub roast with salt and pepper and place in a crock pot; pour broth and coffee over meat.

Step 2Turn the crockpot to low and cover.

Step 3Cook for 6 to 8 hours or until the roast is fork tender.

Step 4Carefully remove the roast to a cutting board. Pull the meat off the bone with a fork.

Step 5You may also chop it with a cleaver afterwards, if you like if finely cut.
